Title: Direct Sales Representative 

The Direct Sales Representative (DSR) is an outside sales position for the Direct Sales Team.

Sales representatives are responsible for selling high speed Internet, Digital Voice and TV to residential customers within the Washington Market. 

A DSR will:

Acquire new customers and upgrade current subscribers by conducting door-to-door canvas, appointment or referral solicitation in assigned territory.

Contact subscribers regarding pending disconnection, changes of service, or to follow-up on installations. 

Arrange for installation date and collect payments.

Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and service activities to ensure orders are processed in an accurate timely manner.

Upgrade and improve sales presentation and knowledge of products, services, rates, and competitors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma, G.E.D., College degree preferred;
- A minimum of one year demonstrated success in field sales working with defined sales goals and quotas; 2 or more years field sales experience preferred.

- Ability to work Tuesday-Sunday between hours of 10am-8pm.

- Ability to work outdoors and sometimes in inclement weather conditions

- Access to reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and current auto insurance
